In addition to having some standard, introductory training days, which are designed
to raise awareness of a business partnering approach, our signature at Indigo, is
to develop bespoke programmes.
These can be broken down into 2 areas:
For Business Managers:
Tailored to your business model, using case studies and / or simulations built on
your data and management information, these programmes are delivered as per your
requirements, to the right audience, pitched at the right level and delivered at
the right pace. In most cases, any training days are followed up with smaller group
workshops, following through action plans and enhanced learning, plus embedding the
knowledge deep into your organisation, changing behaviours and embedding new cultures.
For Finance Professionals:
As a result of a detailed assessment of your requirements, using consultancy, personality
profiling and motivational assessments, programmes for finance professionals are
built up from our skill set packages, bespoke specifically for your key finance personnel.
These can be delivered as full day, half day sessions, flexible for the number of
people, with bespoke follow up workshops to embed the learning. The aim is to drive
the learning in the context of becoming a finance business partner and the develop
the skills that are necessary to deliver these roles.
Our trainers/consultants are either professionally qualified in finance, accountants
or hold a recognised CIPD membership, to ensure that the consultancy, designing,
building and delivery of any programmes are provided to the highest quality and standards
possible. Usually, multiple consultants are used on any one bespoke project/ programme
to bring together the right skills and expertise.
