Our Coaching and Mentoring services are available to:
- Executives, Finance Directors and Board Members
- either individually for personal strategy and effectiveness
- As a Team/ Board around business strategy, business planning, business finance, etc
- To enhance the Indigo bespoke programmes, providing further on desk support to run
alongside the training programmes
- To enhance personal effectiveness, strategy and goals aiming towards finance business
partnering or other specific challenges
Our coaches at Indigo all hold a valid coaching accreditation and we have qualified
coaches who are also professionally qualified accountants and experienced finance
business partners. Our Finance mentors are all professionally qualified and our non
finance coaches/ mentors hold relevant coaching qualifications, hold NLP certificates
and/or have specific industry experience in their chosen field. The right person
will be selected for the job at hand and matching the right skills and experience.
